Established in 1937, AOS Steeplejacks is one of Southern Africa’s most experienced specialist work-at-height service providers, with a proud heritage spanning nearly nine decades. Throughout our history, we have built a reputation for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective access solutions and maintenance services across some of the region’s most challenging industrial environments.
Our expertise lies in providing specialist work-at-height solutions where conventional access methods are impractical or inefficient. Backed by decades of industry experience, our highly trained teams possess the technical skills, safety knowledge, and operational discipline required to execute complex projects at extreme heights while maintaining the highest safety standards.
In 2015, AOS Steeplejacks entered a new chapter of growth under new ownership. This investment enabled the company to expand its capabilities, strengthen its resources, and increase its capacity to serve a broader network of industrial clients throughout Southern Africa and beyond.
Today, AOS Steeplejacks proudly serves clients across the industrial, refinery, mining, energy, manufacturing, and pulp and paper sectors. Our portfolio includes leading organisations such as Sapref, Sappi, Engen, Anglo American, Tongaat Hulett, Illovo Sugar, and Impala Platinum, among many others. We have successfully completed projects throughout numerous African countries, demonstrating our ability to operate effectively in diverse and demanding environments.
